Refund Policy

After Delivery

  • Once a dumpster has been delivered and placed, the rental fee is non-refundable, even if it is not used.
  • Early pickup requests do not qualify for partial refunds unless approved in writing.

Weather / Delays

  • Weather delays or customer-requested reschedules do not qualify for refunds.
  • Spa City Dumpsters will work with customers to reschedule delivery when possible at no additional charge.

Payment Holds / Deposits

  • Any card holds or deposits placed at booking may be used toward cancellation fees if applicable.
  • Remaining balances (if any) will be released or refunded within 3–10 business days after cancellation.

Service Issues

  • If Spa City Dumpsters is unable to complete delivery due to company-side issues, the customer will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

Unauthorized Use / Violations

Refunds will not be issued if service is refused or terminated due to:

  • Customer failure to provide access
  • Unsafe placement conditions
  • Prohibited material violations
